By accessing or using the Estate Hack Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Estate Hack ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Services

Estate Hack provides real estate analysis tools integrated with platforms like Redfin, Zillow, and Realtor. It calculates estimated cash flow and other investment metrics using publicly available data, including HUD Section 8 Fair Market Rents data, to assist users in evaluating property investment opportunities.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activity conducted through their account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the Extension in any manner that could damage or impair the functionality or interfere with other users.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Extension or platforms it integrates with, and you may not attempt to circumvent any restrictions or limitations set by the Extension.

4. Payment and Subscription

The Extension is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to the fees and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any failure to pay applicable fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Extension.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Estate Hack collects and processes information as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include account details, usage data, and cookies/local storage information to personalize and enhance the user experience. By using the Extension, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension offers estimated property investment calculations based on publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, these estimates are not guaranteed and may differ from actual outcomes. We provide the Extension "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages that may result from using the Extension’s estimates or any other functionality. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult with professional advisors before making any real estate investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estate Hack and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Extension.
• Any inaccuracies in property estimates or other data provided by the Extension.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Extension after changes are posted, you agree to the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Extension at our discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal or inappropriate behavior.
