Refund policy

Revised October 08, 2024

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 25th 2025

At EstateHack, we stand by the quality and value of our software. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy is designed to comply with applicable laws in the United States and protect both our company and our customers.

1. Subscription-Based Products

EstateHack operates on a subscription model. Due to the nature of digital products, all subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law.

2. Free Trials

We offer a free trial plan to allow users to evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
  • A duplicate payment was processed due to a system error.
  • The software experienced severe technical malfunctions preventing use, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within the shortest amount of time depending on the scale of the malfunctions.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the software.
  • Incorrect expectations due to a lack of review of product features before purchase.
  • User-related technical issues (e.g., compatibility problems not related to the software itself).

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is filed with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the dispute with relevant evidence. Filing a chargeback without valid cause may be considered fraudulent activity and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstateHack, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last billing cycle.

7. Changes to This Policy

EstateHack reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
